Your farm’s data is the foundation of everything.  Accurate and updated records serve as a comprehensive database that allows you to analyze trends, identify strengths and weaknesses, track success, and benchmark how your farm is performing compared to others.

Suidae Health and Production offers customizable data procurement and analysis for sow farms, grow-finish facilities, and closeouts.  Our team is sensitive to the need for accurate data entry and understands that timely customized reporting is essential to ensuring the health, productivity, and profitability of your pig farm.

Breed-to-wean Records

We utilize the PigKnows record keeping system to help producers track performance, compare to industry benchmarks, and make data-driven management decisions.

Data Entry options:

Mobile Entry
Farms that utilize onsite software such as PigFlow, that utilizes smart devices for data management, can upload their data directly into PigKnows using their mobile devices.

Scanner
Utilizing a scanner, farm staff can scan cards and data on farm and upload into PigKnows using their mobile device.

Manual Entry
Production data can be recorded manually and hand entered into PigKnows by our team.

PigFlow is an on farm program that uses smart devices to allow farm staff to efficiently collaborate, execute tasks, collect data, and provide exceptional care.  Suidae implements PigFlow on our managed sow farms to offer maximal efficiency and exceptional pig care on farm

Wean-to-Market Records

We utilize Metafarms i-production software to collect and analyze data which allows better feed, marketing, and sales decisions. This helps to improve your wean to market productivity and profitability.

Data Entry options:

Mobile Entry
Farms that utilize mobile Apps such as EveryPig for data management can upload their data directly into Metafarms i-production from the App.

Manual Entry
Production data can be recorded manually and hand entered into MetaFarms i-production by our team.

Our grow-Finish producers utilize the online communication platform EveryPig to track data and connect with each other and communicate on other important topics as well.

Reporting

You will receive a weekly comprehensive packet of individual reports showing trends and individual happenings within your farm.

A Dashboard Report created by, and exclusive to, Suidae will also be generated and distributed with your comprehensive weekly packet. This report quickly shows targets specific for your farm and gives a snapshot view of production. It allows you to estimate shipping figures based on current trends so proper real-time on farm decisions can be made and implemented maximizing profit.

Weekly performance results are also compiled and distributed to all farms for real-time benchmarking of key performance indicators to compare your farm anonymously to other producers by packer.

Sow cards are printed on a weekly basis so every farm has up-to-date information on every animal.
